MantoChess - by Uxferret Inc.

Welcome to MantoChess. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your download, installation, and use of the MantoChess mobile application (the "App"), published by Uxferret Inc. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the App.

1. License to Use the App

Uxferret Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use MantoChess on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

This license does not include the right to:

• copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• reverse engineer or decompile the App
• sublicense or sell access to the App
• use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent

2. Entertainment Purposes Only

MantoChess is designed for entertainment, recreation, and chess education only.

Nothing in the App constitutes:

• professional chess coaching or certified instruction
• medical or psychological advice
• legal or financial advice
• any form of professional service

Chess information, opening databases, puzzle content, and AI evaluations are provided for recreational learning and should not be relied upon as authoritative analysis.

3. AI-Powered Features

MantoChess includes AI-driven features such as adaptive difficulty opponents, puzzle recommendations, and move suggestions.

These features:

• may not always produce optimal or accurate chess moves
• are intended for casual play and learning, not competitive analysis
• may vary in behavior between app versions or sessions
• should not be used as the sole basis for competitive preparation

You are solely responsible for how you interpret and apply any in-app suggestions.

4. No Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uxferret Inc. disclaims all warranties, including:

• accuracy or completeness of game content or chess data
• uninterrupted or error-free operation
• fitness for a particular purpose
• compatibility with all devices or operating system versions
• merchantability or non-infringement

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Uxferret Inc. shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of MantoChess, including but not limited to:

• loss of game progress or saved data
• device malfunction or incompatibility
• reliance on in-app content or AI suggestions
• interruption or discontinuation of app features or services
• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

6. User Responsibilities

By using MantoChess, you agree that you are responsible for:

• using the App in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws
• maintaining the security of your device
• ensuring the App is appropriate for any minor in your household who may use it
• not attempting to circumvent, hack, or exploit the App or its systems

7. Intellectual Property

All content within MantoChess - including but not limited to artwork, graphics, animations, and user interface design - is the intellectual property of Uxferret Inc. or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any App content without prior written permission from Uxferret Inc.

8. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

If MantoChess offers optional in-app purchases or subscriptions, the following applies:

• all purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and governed by Apple's payment terms
• all sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law or Apple's refund policy
• subscription pricing and renewal terms will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase
• you may manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's App Store settings

9. App Updates and Availability

We may release updates to MantoChess at any time to improve features, fix bugs, or address security issues. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the App itself at any time without notice or liability.

We recommend keeping the App updated to the latest version for the best experience.

10. Children and Minors

MantoChess is suitable for general audiences. If a minor uses the App, parental or guardian supervision is recommended. Uxferret Inc. is not responsible for unsupervised use by minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Uxferret Inc. and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• your misuse of the App
• your violation of these Terms
• your infringement of any third-party rights

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Uxferret Inc. is incorporated, unless otherwise required by local law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted within the App or on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of MantoChess after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
